Ki te tuhi he tuhinga tautohe.

It is a writing to persuade the reader to agree with your point of view.

Persuade means…….

-cause (someone) to do something through reasoning or argument.

Ko tenei he korero i roto i te reo maori.

Skateboards should be allowed

at school everyday

Have you seen the kids bored, sitting around doing nothing during play time? Skateboards should be allowed at school to keep kids busy during school play. That is why I think we should be allowed to have skateboards at school.

Exercise is great for kids. We have all heard that exercise is important…but do you know why?  It has all sorts of benefits. It increases your energy level.  It gives you an opportunity to socialize and to make new friends. Regular physical activity has also been proven to help prevent a wide variety of health problems. Whats good for the mind, must be good for the body, and soul?

Its keeping kids busy, it’s keeping them out of trouble, it’s keeping them active and more kids are doing it more than other sports.

So how about we give it a try?
